Andrea and Luigi Roncareggi, the owners of the farm, cultivate olive trees with love and commitment , uniting ancient cultural rituals and avant-garde farming techniques. The defense program of crop pest management and integrated plant pests using modern monitoring systems; pheromone traps, protein bait "bacillus turingensis" for quality result with the least possible environmental impact. Great care is taken of the whole process of the extra virgin olive oil from the cultivation of the olive trees, to the selection and harvesting of the olives through to the cold pressing which takes place on the same day of harvesting. This allows us to obtain a high quality product, with a fruity taste and intense aroma, such as to fully satisfy the demands of the modern consumer.

For flight enthusiasts the farmhouse has a runway for airplanes: Airfield “Il Gabbiano" length 700 m - coordinates 43°03'08.0" N - 10°33'11.0" E.
